1. Order Cancellation

• Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Products once delivered cannot be returned/exchanged.

3. Refund & Return Exceptions

However we do take returns and provide refunds in following cases:

• The product delivered is damaged during transit.

• The product is defective or does not match the order specifications.

• The wrong product has been delivered.
